Our insurance company suggested we contact Total Water Restoration to put our home back together. I am so glad they did. I contacted Total Water and received a call back from Anthony within minutes. An appointment was set up for few days later with Joey DiNoia and Frank. They assessed the situation and immediately put together a game plan and timeline for the project. Their professionalism and concern for our situation put a lot of our anxiety to rest.
Once work began, Joey had many constructive suggestions on how to improve our home upon rebuild. He even supplied engineered and conceptual drawings for our kitchen so we knew exactly what we were getting. The process was further made easier with suggestions where to shop for tile, flooring, countertops and other building materials.
Frank was onsite from start to finish and did a tremendous job! Not only was his work exceptional , but he and Joey did a great job from a communication standpoint, keeping us updated throughout the project.
A flooded home quite a stressful event, kudos to Total Water for making the process go smoothly, great communication along the way, and giving us the feeling that we are moving into a new home.

When one thinks about needing a contractor after you’ve experienced a fire to your home, it seems like an easy task to find one… well your wrong. The specifics around navigating through your insurance, trying to deal with a mortgage company, limited time in a rental, or just dealing with the over all loss in general its very very overwhelming. I met the ConnReno team the night we had a fire to our home. I’ll be honest… anyone running out to meet you on the street the night of a fire doesn’t sit well, but after deciding to work with them because I just wanted needed someone to board up my home, was the best decision I ever did! After that night, the following morning I was called to a meeting at their office . I showed up reluctantly… after sitting down for 45 mins he had my business, the guy is as honest as they come, and has a heart of gold. Spend extra time explaining how mold spreads/works, and how it needs to be treated.Spent extra time writing out two estimates (one for the work as I requested, and one for the work he recommended). Kramer began work the day I called and finished the serious water mitigation stripping and drying the room in short order.
