Mike (the owner) came out for a simple pump, but ended us teaching us all about our septic system. We learned more from him than the original installers! He and his wife did an amazing job and were professional, courteous, on time and most important: a great teacher.I'll recommend Mike and Middlebury Septic LLC everyone who needs a septic company.5/5 stars.

I am not one to write reviews but I have to because the service from Middlebury Septic is exceptional. we have used them for a few years and we were always highly satisfied. The other night we thought we had a major problem. I called late and received a phone call back immediately and they were at my house the next morning. The owner was so kind and honest. We are extremely grateful for his help and service. On top of the grate service he took time to speak with my little girls and gave them flashlight pens which made their day. I highly recommend them.

I called for an appointment after using a different company that I was not pleased with. Service was quick; they came out the same day. The gentleman who came out was great to deal with and very helpful. Will definitely be using this company from now on.
