Been using Middlebury Septic to pump our septic since we bought the house. Jeff recently took over the business from Mike over the last few months and no change at all in the great service. He is easy to reach; gets back to you quickly; and very flexible on schedule. Overall great guy to work with. On top of doing the regular cleaning, we had them install new ground level covers to make access easier in the future as opposed to digging up each time. I believe he sources a 3rd party to do the install but you pay through Middlebury Septic (not 100% sure, maybe just his install guy); but in any case, did a solid job filled back in with soil and planted grass seed with...read full review

Mike (the owner) came out for a simple pump, but ended us teaching us all about our septic system. We learned more from him than the original installers! He and his wife did an amazing job and were professional, courteous, on time and most important: a great teacher.I'll recommend Mike and Middlebury Septic LLC everyone who needs a septic company.5/5 stars.
