She did such a great job answering my questions and calming not only me down but also my dog! He's not around other people much so he's anxious. “I am so grateful to have Dr. Bloom and Bella as my animals veterinary team. They are fantastic. I love how they really take the time with my dogs and cats that are rescues with a hard background and history. Bella takes the extra step and time to help with any medication questions, food questions, and behavior questions that I have. You can really tell she cares about you and your pets. I have recommended numerous friends and family members to Dr. Bloom and Bella within the past year and all of them can agree what an amazing experience they provide. I can not say enough good things about them both. Not only do my 2 dogs and 3 cats no longer fear the vet, I don't either! I finally found a vet and his nurse that handles my crazy cats with such gentle care. My mother-in-law saw Dr Bloom and Bella last week and was in absolute shock with how well her cats did with those two. She and her cats did not always have the best experience at vets and this was a very positive experience for everyone! It's almost as if the cats knew they were in great hands and great care because they were! I can absolutely say this is the first time in a very long time that I've been to a vet where they didn't have to hold my cat down and grab her neck or have 3 people hold her down. Dr Bloom and Bella did no such thing at all and even got a blood draw and vaccines done in the most gentle efficient way. I had a lot of rescue cats in the past 30 years and I am very impressed with these two. “Our beloved 15.5 year old dog Penny was diagnosed with severe heart disease. After one week she deteriorated quickly, and needed euthanasia. My vet office was closed. We went to an emergency vet clinic, and we were told we needed to wait our turn to be seen. The wait was going to be minimum 2hours. “I took my princess Athena to the Animal Hospital of Rocky Hill, and I couldn't be happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming. Allen, the technician who assisted with Athena's vaccines, clearly has a genuine love for animals, which put me at ease. “My pups have been patients at this practice for over 12 years. I do agree with some comments regarding pricing, however, they have always worked well with me to get appointments and in an emergency have been truly responsive. Dr Kumar has put down 3 of my pups when they no longer had a good quality of life and the experience was nothing but wonderful. Calm, caring, spent time with us and then let us sit with Kayla, Pookie and Yodi as long as we wished. I find the level of expertise on the surgical side is also incredible. A new vet was recently hired who I find to be very Simpatico. For those who don't know Spanish, it does not mean sympathetic. It is a term that has no direct translation into English but basically a nice, warm and caring attitude. My Amstaph is on an NSAID that can cause liver issues do I have to do frequent bloodwork which is great because her levels increased and we had to reduce the dosage so as not to cause severe liver damage. I find the front desk staff lovely. The office manager has been at the practice for two decades and has always been very kind and professional in my dealings.“

“I’m new to the area so finding a veterinarian for my cat was difficult. Yalesville Did great with my cat which is a big deal because my cat only knows me so she’s Not friendly at all. Yalesville had me give my cat gabapentin the night before and again 2 hours before her appointment to calm her down. This REALLY helped, my cat was way more relaxed and let the veterinarian do everything they needed to do during her checkup including her immunizations.“
