Update, it's 21 days later and the queen yellowjacket is dead on our driveway. Attached are scary pictures. Don't mess around with these insects, they are no joke. I tried destroying the hive myself by flooding it with soapy water, all it did was annoy them and make them build a hive 6in away and I got stung and 9 places when mowing the lawn. Just call these guys and have the professionals do it, LOL.

I've used them on my previous rental property and am now using them on my own home. They come when they say they will, they provide proof that you're not crazy and hearing things at night (unfortunately with a garbage bag containing dead mice in it as proof!). But they get the job done and within reason for a good price. Forget the big name exterminators they sell you their unreasonably priced "plans" and never show. These guys tell you what you need you set a date then and there for the follow up visits and it's done. Payments aren't an issue either. I highly recommend!!

I used this company for years but recently ran into a billing nightmare. They could not keep track of payments made and my account standing in general. I was forced to do my own forensic account to make sure I was not being double billed (I was). When I tried to get to the bottom of it, I got the run around until the owner eventually emailed me and insulted me. I would suggest you go elsewhere.
