“When Jorge first arrived to discuss his company and their products, it was quickly clear that he was passionate about Best CT Roofing, the excellent Owens Corning products they use, AND the teams that install their roofs. My neighbor, two doors over had them install a new roof for him last summer, and he recommended them to me.
I signed on, and the team of seven or eight showed up at 7:00 AM on the designated day. Neighbors on both sides of me watched with great interest while the "well oiled" (one neighbor's words) team went into action. These neighbors are having Best CT install a new roof for them, and the neighbor on the other side described them to me as "the Celtics of Roofing!!" She said she had NEVER seen a construction team work so efficiently.

I spoke with Jorge a few times that day, and he came by to see that I was satisfied with their progress. They worked diligently until 8:45 PM, even the young man who filled his wheel barrel non-stop, over and over and over, except for a lunch break, picking up after the crew.
When they left, I had a beautiful, well engineered new roof.

“Nanfito helped identify an issue with our leaky ceiling that two other contractors misdiagnosed. It wasn't until we hired Nanfito that we got an honest answer and quick temporary fix before we decided/saved for the big project. Insurance won't cover it (what else is new!? Haha) so it's yet to be done but we will definitely be calling Nanfito. I'm actually surprised by the negative reviews but also see they are old. Anyways, my husband and I had good experience.“

“I had my roof replaced as well as all of the windows and doors in my 1953 3000 square foot home. I am happy to highly recommend A1 Home Improvement to anyone and everyone. Joe Michaud was my sales rep and did a great job communicating with me and with the team. Lisa the scheduler from the backoffice was also great. I worked with a number of teams on this reno - Marcin and Ewald who are AMAZING - installed all of the doors and windows. They encounterd rotten wood under every window so a job that was supposed to take about 2 days took 4. I was so grateful for their commitment to make everything the best and perfect for me. The trim work is so professional and I know that the 3paned windows will make my home energy efficient. There was a different team (Justin / Michael) that installed the skylights and another team that replaced the roof. They were very professional and with any challenge they encountered - like when they ended up having to put new plywood on a part of my roof and my sunroom became covered in old debris! they came back and cleaned up - very apologetically. I know I have spent quite a bit with the company but I also feel that their pricing was competitive and the work that they did was more than what they thought they were getting into - AND they did not come back for more for every single thing. If I need any other home improvements I will definitely be calling them.“

Artisan and team have been amazing throughout the entire process which was giving our home a new hair due (new roof of course, see pictures), and new gutters a couple of weeks later (I don’t have pics of that).

A huge shout out to Michael Rivera whom we started the whole process with. Michael was amazing and exceeded all our expectations; he was kind, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable and most importantly, never pushy. We were given a start date of June 1 and Artisan and team were there bright and early, starting and finishing the roof by that late afternoon.

For reference, we chose the GAF Barkwood UHDZ (ultra high definition shingles) and couldn’t be more pleased. It looks beautiful and every time we drive up and see it we smile. A neighbor commented on how great it looks!!!

The yard was left spotless once done… I would highly recommend doing business with Artisan.“
