The Norwich Spa is located in The Pequot Towers at Foxwoods. I scheduled a massage & was able to use the pool, jacuzzi & gym. You can also use the amenities in the locker room. They include a jacuzzi, steam room & sauna. It is very relaxing. My massage was Heavenly. I recommend spending time at the Norwich Spa if you go to Pequot at Foxwoods. You will thank me later.

I bet you didn't know you could find all these amenities, even in the winter, here in New England.Full spa services, two hot tubs and a pool, fully enclosed with a glass ceiling and a balcony you can walk out to for great views.These are just some of the hidden gems you can find here at the Grand Pequot Tower at Foxwoods.Beautiful rooms with a view are right upstairs making this a super convenient and surprising easy getaway even in the winterFeatured @nspaatfoxwoods The Norwich Spa at Foxwoods is a MUST to make the most out of your Foxwoods Resort Casino experience!

Overall poor people and systems, except for my masseuse Lisa.My experience at the spa was frustrating. I left a message Tuesday to book an appointment for a massage. I didn't hear back from them until friday. When Rita called me I was at the courthouse in Stamford and I told her I couldn't read off the numbers and then I would have to go outside, which was really inside in a private place where no one could hear me, she had hung up. She had all my info except the credit card info. I called back and nothing nothing, nonothing, nothing......nothing...... No response. I wasn't contacted again until Monday
