He answered my questions with kindness and I felt very safe and comfortable. Phil's techniques were new to me and I appreciated his willingness to explain his methods. He continued to check in with me throughout the season and I felt at ease. Through his guided visualizations I was able to get into a deep state of relaxation and allow healing to occur naturally.
