This is my third visit to this salon, and I’ve consistently been impressed by the exceptional service provided by the entire team. However, my recent experience with Tim and Anna the nail artist who helped him translate what I was saying, was disappointing.

I miscommunicated when I came in. Tina asked what I wanted. I told her two pedicures, and they immediately sat me and my guest down. Tim then asked me, “What color?” I told him that I didn’t want a new color; I just wanted to fix the two chipped toes on my right foot that were white gel. This was first time I went here as I feel my usual place is not doing a good job anymore, staff was friendly and took me right in as a walk in, plenty of employees and customers, very clean. Tony did an amazing job on my nails did exactly what I wanted and Mimi did such a good job on my feet as I waitress and do landscaping so they needed love! I’m definitely going back and I recommend anyone looking for a great place with reasonable pricing (about same as many places) and people who obviously know what they are doing and are good at it try them I couldn’t be happier!!
