Brand new phone died after only 6 months. Called insurance, they gave me the run around and told me I had to have it repaired at this location. When I visited the location, the tech was certain that it was a mistake and that the phone should be replaced. With his help, I called the insurance company back, and we got it straightened out. Thanks Tony, you rock!
