I had water leaking from the base of the toilet. Called Service Relief and got immediate response to my call. Mike DeGennaro and Nick are awesome! They arrived on time. They were friendly, very helpful, courteous, honest, efficient and very professional. The work was done well and quick and extras added on when they were here. Very satisfied. Highly recommend them. Waking up to a broken, leaking pipe in the basement is a nightmare. Not only was Service Relief able to get me a technician scheduled only a few hours after I called them, the plumber that arrived (Mike) was extremely courteous, efficient, and communicative. They provided great info about exactly when the technician would arrive as well as a photo and short bio; upon arrival, Mike was able to assess the issue and provide a couple different options to fix it. Despite ending up with a slightly bigger pipe repair than originally thought, Mike was able to get it fixed and replaced with new piping within 90 minutes and even shop-vac'd the water off the basement floor.... read full review
