Scott was amazing!! I needed the work done ASAP and he was able to do that. He was professional, did the job correctly and also gave me advise on what to keep an eye out for/plan for the future. A+
Edit to Roto-Rooter review of 11/28/23. Two very nice concerned managers Steve and Jimmy called me this morning with in 24 hrs of posting. They wanted to follow up with my review. We had a wonderful conversation and Jeremiah will be coming,at no cost, to check the work that was completed on faucet and sink.They advised me the tech that was here was to have a licensed plumber with him, they knew who it was but had no idea at this time why he wasn’t with the person that was here. So that was resolved.They also told me I would receive a full refund of the charges for the day. Which were $1,243.80. I was so impressed with the quick, efficient response to my review. A plumbing emergency the day before a holiday is everyone’s worst nightmare! But Scott from Roto-Rotor, with his pleasant and friendly demeanor, made it a dream. While we weren’t lucky enough for an easy fix this time, he walked us through the issue, advised us on how to work around it and we know we’ll have our quote in hand soon!We look forward to seeing him again when he comes back to fix it.
