“Have had R&R come out for various non-urgent repairs and boiler maintenance over the last 20 years. A handful of aging copper pipe joints/valves replaced, and most recently a corroded steam pipe. I've only one issue in the distant past with a replaced outdoor spigot that broke after one season, and they came right out, determined that the original part wasn't for outdoor use and replaced at no charge.
