Mike exemplifies all those qualities too sadly in short supply today --genuine professionalism, honesty, conscientiousness, and pride in a job well done. I first hired Mike to clean my gutters. After previously hired people to do this who did slipshod work and only partially cleared the gutters, unbeknownst to Mike, I snuck out to watch him work and was impressed with how diligently he was cleaning each small section. This gave me the confidence to hire him to prune some tree branches and to take down 3 dead trees in my backyard.
