I have been calling Nutmeg since I bought my house in late 2013, as they also are (and were) the preferred company for my Mom's house in the Hartford area. I lost heat (again) on an inconvenient Friday night during a significant cold spell, and they sent a technician at midnight who confirmed it was probably time to finally replace the furnace. By Monday night/Tuesday morning it was going to be 7 degrees, which would have been a real problem. They took a couple guys off a commercial job to redeploy to my house, picked up a new Carrier furnace 1.5 hrs away, and had the old one gone and new one installed Monday by 5pm. Met with Shane to discuss install of split units, discussed in detail the options and pricing , Shane was really good to deal with, answered all questions clearly and concisely.
