Starina thoroughly washed my hair and used a high end blow dryer that was cool yet efficient. She also flat ironed my hair resulting in beautiful and bouncy curls. I hope LUMI improves on the way they treat their current and potential clients!!!!!! I gotta say I actually LOVE the way they do natural hair, so much that I stalked them for weeks before getting through via phone to schedule an appointment!Ultimately the day of my appointment in the middle of taking my knottless braids out I received a call canceling my appointment due to an emergency with my stylist/the owner.
