I've been a customer here since they were in the Manchester pizza plaza. Never any problems with anyone. My last review, (now deleted) was 5 stars. I started having Michele do my hair for the past year and everything was fine. She said she was happy I was always on time and never cancel. I was happy with her color and haircuts. On 9/5/2023, that vibe, ended. I don't know why she didn't just cancel my appointment. I could "feel," the bad vibes when I arrived. She was snippy and weird. I brought up "Bridge of flowers", and she started screaming; "one place you couldn't pay me to go to is JAMAICA!" This went on and on...talk... read full review

Michelle is a true expert when it comes to color. She took me under her wing after a “bad root job.” by a different place, who refused to work with me. Everything happens for a reason because she’s 1/8 of a mile from my house and she rocks color. My hair is shiny and bouncing and behaving. Excellent service and she really went the extra mile to ensure my roots were covered. The color is spectacular! I am elated with Michelle, and booked my next appointment in 6 weeks.
