“I am really grateful for Welch Roofing and for Dave Welch. Not only did the whole team do a stellar job replacing my roof, but Dave helped me with a laundry list of other repairs. The foundation contractor offered me $6,000 out of repair bills that now total greater than $100,000, telling me that my house was old and needed repairs anyway. That's when Dave stopped by after I called for a quote to repair the roof, and he urged me to call insurance. As soon as I called insurance, the foundation contractor stopped cooperating and refused to respond to my insurance company. I was getting nowhere fast. Dave offered to help with the insurance aspects of the job, as well as the roof, and he got to work right away after we signed the contract.Needless to say, I am so glad I hired him and Welch Roofing and their partner, Adam Quenneville. Not only did he help move the insurance claim forward, but his careful attention to detail and knowledge ensured that all of the repairs to the roof, gutters, and windows were covered. We're still working on other damages, but I'm confident that those damages will be covered, too.Additionally, the roofing crew led by Fernando did an excellent job repairing and replacing the roof and skylights, and Joe and his assistant did a great job replacing the gutters and downspouts. The crews worked diligently and kept the site clean. They were also respectful and kind and very understanding of our hyper dog. I couldn't have asked for better people to help make our house whole again and for bringing a happy ending to our nightmare.“
