When I call them because my basement was quickly flooding over a busted boiler, they were here just minutes after I hung up the phone then fixed the problem in no time... Best customer service ever !!!

Really great service! Charter Oak went out of their way to make sure I was happy. When I had an issue with my boiler, they showed up fast. They diagnosed and fixed it immediately.

We had Charter Oak Mechanical install a Mitsubishi mini split A/C heat pump last summer and was very impressed with their work. So when are 30 year old nature gas boiler needed to be replaced this January we chose Charter Oak Mechanical. The did the replacement during two very cold days without having the heat off overnight. They take pride in their work and are very good at what they do. We are very happy with the new boiler and how they set up the heating system.
