Each sculpt pro session with Erika is uplevelling my life and body! It is so good for muscle recovery in between yoga sessions, and my Mood afterwards is significantly improved!!! Feels like a runner's high. The studio is inviting, comfortable, and so beautiful, I feel more beautiful as soon as I step inside! And I can see an improvement in body tone after each session!!! I've been getting facials with Erika for years and this is a wonderful additional service. Thank you!
