“Returned from Florida to find our 1 year old $3K LF fridge was broken. Called LG, after 1 hour finally reached someone in Philippines who said someone would call us, sometime. Found Bristol on Web. Frederick returned call immediately, and came out that same evening. Replaced compressor under warranty, no charge. Very professional, went above and beyond. He is great. Called next day to make sure it was working. Highly recommend this guy.“
