I've been coming here for about 15 years. Every customer experience I've had has been five start. They're very nice. They don't treat me like an idiot just because I'm not a carpenter. And they've even directed me to other businesses in the area if they don't have what I need.

The guys in the lumber department are top notch! I went there today to buy some wood for a bed frame project. I’m a complete novice, so was definitely a little scared since I don’t really know what I’m doing. They all made me feel super comfortable and empowered while helping me through the wood buying process.

Wonderful experience with Ring’s End in Madison. Everyone was happy, helpful, and worked together. Extra kudos to Maureen and Abigail for their expertise, and to Dallas for his friendly deliveries.
