I had one of the best bodywork experiences I’ve ever had here. Anne-Marie was able to relieve that pain and stiffness I’d been feeling for months in my shoulder after one session. This was better improvement than I’d had with 4 physical therapy sessions. Not only did she help with my muscle pain and stiffness, but she was able to connect to me on a deeper level than any other massage therapist I’ve worked with through her knowledge, compassion, and clear devotion to the care she provides. She offered 15 minutes of reiki to end my session, and I had never tried this before. I had previously been skeptical of reiki since I work in the medical field tend to lean into western medical practice, but whatever she did completely opened my eyes to it. I felt an indescribable positive shift in myself after my session a Celtic Healing Arts and look forward to returning for future bodywork!
