Absolutely loved Root Yoga Studio. Mimi's wall class was incredible. She's a skillful teacher with an experienced eye and I really appreciated her feedback and adjustments. Can't wait to go back!

Went to the Friday 8 AM class with Stephen. This was my first experience at Root. The facility is beautiful...Stephen was professional, was considerate of any injuries. Loved the flow of the class and how he blended and adapted poses so I was able to get deeper into the chest and neck stretches I needed that morning. Would definitely recommend his class. Am intrigued by the rope wall and will definitely go back and check out one of the rope classes.
