“This review is long overdue! A couple weeks ago in the heat wave our system, installed by Barry in 2006, seemed not to be cooling well. In short I called the office , knowing he must be swamped, to get in line. Literally with in 45 min. I was called and told Barry would be in Litchfield soon. We were not home but were able to let him in remotely and in 20 min.he had us recharged and cooling. But the main reason this is overdue is small issues have occurred over the 19 years since he installed our system and every time Barry has arrived the same day to service his customer! Thanks Barry!!“

“Fantastic. Had a minor emergency. Called and spoke with Catherine. Very nice to talk to. Told me she'd call Mike and if he picks up (only reason he wouldn't is if he were running loud machine), and he'd call back. He did within 5 minutes. Explained his situation at the time and said he'd be out in an hour after hearing we had 5 people in the house. He showed up in 40 minutes and fixed our problem. Highly recommended.“

“Ive called this man on several occasions and have never had any issues or concerns. His prices were good and he came once very quickly in an emergency situation. The only reason I gave him 4 star was because I heard he was no longer doing plumbing. I know my brother has used him as well as other relatives and ive never heard anything negative. So sad to see someone get a negative review when it was likely just a bad day. As I said, my family anx I have used him for our homes as well as rental properties my brother owned.
