Our pool was installed in the first year after the merger between EZ Aqua and Blue Sea Pools, and there were plenty of growing pains. Like so many trades nowadays, there was a shortage of crew at times. There were definitely days of frustration when Jeff's crews were spread too thin over multiple projects, and they didn't show as planned. Jeff and Paul were always eager to rectify the situation.
Jeff and his team did a phenomenal job. From the first inquiry to installation they were the most responsive, transparent and professional company I've encountered.
We've been waiting since 2020 to pull the trigger on a pool and I met with 5 other companies, who just seemed like they were trying to make a sale. As soon as I met Jeff and we sat down in my kitchen to review the options, I knew this is who I wanted to do business with. He and his team truly care about the workmanship and Jeff is super knowledgable, honest and most importantly reliable. There were no surprises and it all went according to plan.
Mickey and Liam did a wonderful job opening my pool. Last year they swapped out my entire pool system and maintenance has been an absolute breeze ever since.
