“As a commercial gym owner who joined this gym for an escape and to be able to have some "me time" away from work I can say that the new owners are doing a great job. Big Mike is constantly brainstorming ways to improve the gym. They have tanning, smoothies and a huge variety of machines and cardio. Flex is definitely more of your "bodybuilder" style of gym and there's nothing wrong with that. Don't be intimidated about coming in as the other members are welcoming, kind, and are often helping one another. They're doing a great job and I'm excited to see where they take this 30+ year gym over the coming years.“

“I am visiting from out of state and had a lot of time to spare. Looked up nail salons within my location and this one popped up. Holy smokes, I just received the best pedicure I’ve ever received in the 20 years I’ve been getting my nails done.

They hand you a menu to choose from. I asked for the Milk and Honey Spa Pedicure finished off with a Gel toe polish. $50 for pedicure with an up charge of $20 for the Gel procedure.

I recommend calling and making an appointment, which is what I did. Relaxed in the pedicure chair for an hour. I did not catch the name of my nail technician, but she was fantastic. Her service lived up to its name “Nailed it”!“

“I’ve been to the salon twice. First, for a cut and color consult, then 2 weeks later for a color. My stylist was Ashley, and she did an amazing job. She listened to me, knew exactly what I wanted, and made me feel great! The salon is beautiful, nicely decorated, comfortable, and down to the smallest detail I was treated as one would expect at a high-end salon. Pricing was very reasonable. Ashley even had covers for my glasses so I wouldn’t stain them while I was processing. This place is absolutely lovely, and Ashley is just incredibly talented.“

“I had a gel French manicure done here almost 2 weeks ago and it still looks like I just had them done yesterday. This is absolutely out of the normal for me as I work with my hands and almost always break one within a week. Not even kidding, they’re still PERFECT! Whatever she did made my nails super strong and she has a very steady hand. My nail tech was Marina and I’ll probably never go to anyone else after this. She was sweet, quiet and friendly. I did not feel pressure to pick a color as quickly as possible as most other salons are pushy. They did get me in and out in under an hour with no appointment, on a Friday. “

“I love this place. I come here regularly and it feels like a family. Not every experience will always be perfect. You might have a little delay here or there, but overall it's great. I get the gel every couple weeks. The ladies are all very friendly and talented. It's extremely rare that I have a nail break in between appointments, and if I show them a picture, it looks like the picture or better. The pricing is reasonable as well. It kind of has the neighborhood shop kind of feel when you walk in, and they're really good with sending the confirmation text a few days before the appointment, which I always appreciate. I also noticed the other customers that come regularly are generally really chill too, so it can be fun when we all get to talking. It's really a great atmosphere, and those ladies are all really skilled.“
