The most impressionable experience I had in the salon with Nicki was watching her tend to the customers. Making sure to offer them coffee, water, tea, hot chocolate, water as well as snacks. The environment was inviting and I couldn’t recommend this salon or Nicki enough!“

“I’ve been to the salon twice. First, for a cut and color consult, then 2 weeks later for a color. My stylist was Ashley, and she did an amazing job. She listened to me, knew exactly what I wanted, and made me feel great! The salon is beautiful, nicely decorated, comfortable, and down to the smallest detail I was treated as one would expect at a high-end salon. Pricing was very reasonable. Ashley even had covers for my glasses so I wouldn’t stain them while I was processing. This place is absolutely lovely, and Ashley is just incredibly talented.“

Big Mike is constantly brainstorming ways to improve the gym. They have tanning, smoothies and a huge variety of machines and cardio. Flex is definitely more of your "bodybuilder" style of gym and there's nothing wrong with that. Don't be intimidated about coming in as the other members are welcoming, kind, and are often helping one another. They're doing a great job and I'm excited to see where they take this 30+ year gym over the coming years.“
