Let me begin by saying I have used Lamphere in the past and have had great results- perhaps under different owner? - but my last experience was upsetting. Our ac died on a Friday, after hours. I called and left a message for service, knowing I would not hear back until Monday. On Monday I was contacted and given a window of 1-3pm on Thursday. All good, right? And this is where the 1-star comes in - NO ONE CAME . Or called to say they were coming late. Or called me back that day or the following day. I left 4 - 5 respectful messages and received NO response. It's like they dropped off the face of the earth. I contacted another provider who fixed the issue yesterday.... read full review
