If not for Lance the problems would still be ongoing. Highly skilled, multiple tools including mini-excavator and he is particular and is careful about your property working to exit your lawn as close to "no trace" as when he arrived. Called for an emergency fill up since we have a toddler and pets. They were out in about an hour to fill up and also ensured the system was bleed and furnace up and running again.
