Ron installed our HVAC system in a new home build in 2021. Hes an intelligent, accurate specialist who seeks to get it right for you. My builder, ******** ****** *** *** ** ********* (also very fortunate there), uses Marlborough Heating/Ron Cropley's company all the time for his builds. Id highly recommend Ron. Im not a friend or family mbr either..i simply like to help others make good choices & hope the same for reviewers i depend on.

Marlborough Heating&AC was recommended to us by a friend when our 17 year old furnace stopped working Wednesday 1/12/22. Our regular HVAC company told us in November during our yearly service that it should be replaced and never got back to us with a quote. When we experienced a noxious smell on 1/6/22 our HVAC contractor sent out a tech and got our furnace started again and said he would again put in a request for a new furnace. The smell returned and the furnace shut down again Wednesday morning 1/12/22 and our HVAC company still had not gotten back to us. We were not a customer, but when our regular HVAC company never got back to us with a quote for a new furnace since mid November, our furnace shut down Wednesday morning 1/12/22 and could not be restarted the company still did not call us back. A friend recommended Marlborough Heating & AC. We called them at 7am and they came out within a few hours. They did not feel it was worth the cost to try and repair a 17 year old gas furnace and a new system was more cost effective for us. They were able to locate a top of the line furnace just right for the size of our house and came out at 8am today ( 1/14/22) and we had our system up and running perfectly by noon. They would have come yesterday, but they had a new install already scheduled for another family who did not have heat. They were very professional, honest, knowledgeable and put customer service for an emergency first. We had heat before tonight's deep freeze. Highly recommend this HVAC company.
