Dustin was patient and took time to answer my many questions about system options, rebates, and his experience with other installations. I can usually find something I don't love about a project this large completed by a contractor but with this one I have not. Their attention to detail is fantastic from mounting the unit to the side of the house, to the line set perfectly run within the line-hide, to the carefully measured and supported drain angles within the attic. The ceiling cassettes are perfectly centered and positioned exactly where we discussed within the rooms. Having had this 10/10 experience, I will absolutely be using Long Hill in the future and would recommend them to anyone interested in their services.“
