Our vet (not Dr. Bernie) had been involved in all his care and had seen Henry that morning telling us he was at the end. Maybe for reasonable reasons they wouldn't sneak us in at the end of the day. Dr. Bernie and Adorable Pets, however, made room for us at the end of their day to ease Henry's way. They were so kind and caring - and this was the first time they met us! It was incredible. They even sent us a personalized condolence card. Our vet hasn't even followed up with us since our devastating final appointment. You can be sure we will be going to Dr Bernie when we welcome a new pup into our lives. I can't say thank you enough.“

“My Siberian husky strained her back on New Year's Eve. She was in so much pain she could barely walk. Dr. Torlone relaxed her with the laser therapy and followed it with accupuncture. One week later she was back to her normal behavior and happy to be moving without pain. The treatment helped her to heal quickly and completely. She received excellent care here, we highly recommend it!“

They saw my broken heart and treated my Salem and I with such tenderness and kindness. Salem mattered to them, too. I had Salem cremated and had a pawprint put in clay. Bonnie did Salem's print and did such a beautiful and lovely job. “Kellee and Stephanie are unmatched in their passion for animals and their dedication to creating a comfortable environment for personalized care. We were sick of waiting in rooms for vets to pop in for two minutes and recklessly prescribe Big Pharma drugs without informing us of the side effects. “I wanted to share my recent experience with this Vet. I took my sick kitten there, and I am pleased to report that he is now back to normal. The veterinarian prescribed antibiotics for a respiratory issue, and I’ve noticed significant improvement. I called him at 7am he answered and got us in that same morning! From now on I’ll only trust him with my fur babies!“

“My pups have been patients at this practice for over 12 years. I do agree with some comments regarding pricing, however, they have always worked well with me to get appointments and in an emergency have been truly responsive. Dr Kumar has put down 3 of my pups when they no longer had a good quality of life and the experience was nothing but wonderful. Calm, caring, spent time with us and then let us sit with Kayla, Pookie and Yodi as long as we wished. I find the level of expertise on the surgical side is also incredible. A new vet was recently hired who I find to be very Simpatico. For those who don't know Spanish, it does not mean sympathetic. It is a term that has no direct translation into English but basically a nice, warm and caring attitude. My Amstaph is on an NSAID that can cause liver issues do I have to do frequent bloodwork which is great because her levels increased and we had to reduce the dosage so as not to cause severe liver damage. I find the front desk staff lovely. The office manager has been at the practice for two decades and has always been very kind and professional in my dealings.“

This office worked with the primary vet to get his records, saw us same day, followed up the next day, and got him squared away. The vet tech even gave me her personal cell! Highly recommend.“
