Had a new hot water heater installed. Eli was prompt, courteous, very polite, and very knowledgeable. The installation went without issue. A nice clean-up followed and the old water heater was taken away. Eli went over everything with me, and explained all my options prior the removal and installation. The call and dispatch was easy.
