Big Mike is constantly brainstorming ways to improve the gym. They have tanning, smoothies and a huge variety of machines and cardio. Flex is definitely more of your "bodybuilder" style of gym and there's nothing wrong with that. Don't be intimidated about coming in as the other members are welcoming, kind, and are often helping one another. They're doing a great job and I'm excited to see where they take this 30+ year gym over the coming years.“

See if they have any appointment available well. They had 1 at 430 yesterday, so I took it.<br>I went there. Most salons are not open on a Monday. So I said I'll take it.
