They are honest and fair, and they don't rip you off. They are truthful about exactly what you need to do, and they give really reasonable prices.. better prices than other garages. They do the work quickly, and they know what they're doing.

I bought a used vehicle from Rich's quite a few months back and never got around to leaving a review.. I've had some bad experiences with used car places and dealing with some pretty scummy people that sometimes come along with used car places.. Rich's Citgo was by far the best experience I have had.. The Guy who helped me, Chris, went above and beyond to show me the vehicle.. He was very kind and helpful and answered every question I had. I drove off with an AMAZING car that i purchased at a very fair price(that they registered for me also).. Best independent shop I've come across. I was in the area looking at a used car from a local dealership, and called this place to see if they could look over the car for me. They gave me a next-day appointment, went through the car thoroughly, including putting it up on a lift, pointed out various things of interest, and gave me an honest assessment of the vehicle. You can tell he has a clean, organized repair shop, is knowledgeable, and is someone you can be confident in for any repair you may need. Cannot recommend Rich's Citgo enough!
