“I give this company 5 stars. I was in a real jam. My kitchen sink had failed, my garbage disposal was leaking, and I had no hot water to run my dishwasher. I called JMB and got Katie on the phone. I explained the situation and she had a service technician-Justin who was on the road out to my house within 20 minutes. I showed Justin the problems and he immediately went out to his truck and began working. He called the owner Jason who went to his supplier and got my brand-new goose neck faucet, handles and soap dispenser. The owner Jason personally drove to my house to deliver the new Delta Faucet and hardware. Justin finished the job with the utmost expertise and professionalism. I have never had such top-notch customer service and delivery in my life. I would recommend JMB and team over any plumbing service in CT. “Very experienced plumbers. You will get an appointment quickly, they show up as promised, and fix your plumbing issue. Have called on them three times and each visit completely resolves the plumbing problem. I'm recommending them to everyone. Rich installed a sump pump recently with Adam helping and I am a happy customer.“

“Recently I was in need of a plumber. Cameron plumbing was recommended by a friend. I called on a Friday morning and was surprised that an actual person answered the phone. I explained the issue of leaky shower faucets and the water tank cycling every few seconds. Daryl listened and expresses her concern for the well. She suggested an evaluation be done. Derrick arrived on Monday morning and spent time evaluating and explaining what would be needed. By Monday evening he sent a very detailed estimate. We accepted the estimate and an appointment was made for the following Tuesday. Chris, Ryan and Derrick arrived promptly on Tuesday morning. They were courteous , professional and knowledgeable. “I cant say enough good about sheehy plumbing....I had a serious problem with my toilet where the bolts were snapped off that hold the toilet to the floor and the whole toilet moved....called and within hours Larry was out after he did a service call he was on ....he did the job in less then an hour... the big thing I can say about Sheehy plumbing that puts them ON TOP of the rest of ALL the plumbers in CT ....IS....they answer their phone when you call and you don't get an answering machine or just a no call.....and they return calls....when you call after hours..and have to use an answering machine...they even have an emergency number and Mike the owner picks up right away....I've called other plumbers and NONE answered me back...even when I called the plumber that originally put my toilet in.....he said he was to busy....nice huh...won't be doing business with that MIDDLEFIELD plumber again OH...and the price was very reasonable....no complaints....Larry is the service guy...ask for him....hes been in the business for years and knowledgeable ......Mike is the owner and very respectable guy.....Thank you Sheehy Plumbing“

“The drain doctor is a great company. Very personable and great customer service. Had a backup in my basement only when the washer was being used. Called a few companies one including Roto Rooter where they came, looked for 2 mins and wanted to charge 790 bucks for an exterior drain cleaning which is outrageous. I called the drain doctor and they were able to do it for more than half of that cost and probably much quicker and better than another company!“

“Zeke’s Pump Service is outstanding and an exceptional company. Look no further! Our water pump motor stopped working on the weekend. I had called another company, not knowing about Zeke’s yet. That company came out the next morning and proceeded to present us with an outrageous estimate to convert our system and told us that we would be without water for two more days. They also charged us for the emergency call and the evaluation. The next evening, two of my friends told me that they had worked with Zeke’s Pump Service, and they were extremely happy. So, I called the emergency number late on a Sunday evening. Not only did they answer, but it was the owner Craig who took my call. I explained what happened and what the previous company quoted. He said that they could be at our home the next morning and have our water working that day for much less than we were previously quoted. My mother and I were so relieved. Craig arrived the next morning, as he promised, with his team R.J. and Hunter. They evaluated the situation and started the work immediately. They were so respectful, knowledgeable, and very professional. They explained everything that they were doing and did an amazing job. We had water in less than three hours. “We had a faucet that was leaking underneath the kitchen counter. Leaving came and fixed it. He found the kind of faucet we wanted and went right to work. His work is excellent! He then came back and put a mixer on the furnace so that the water would not be so hot coming from the boiler. His work was absolutely wonderful! He did such a great job!! He cleans up after himself and leaves no mess. I recommend Kevin. He was recommended to us by our burner man.“
