we have hired sullivan contracting 2 times and they have done a great job on our driveways, both at our home and our rental property. we are pleased, they arrived on time and went beyond to make sure we are satisfied. and they cleaned up then finished. we will use them again in the future, highly recommend.

BUYER BEWARE! I hired Sullivan contracting to install my new roof and while the roof was expertly installed and looks phenomenal, the care towards my property was less than stellar. The installers were rough and damaged my gutters during the install. I will say they did replace one of the dage gutters for free but the other one was just bent back into place. The clean up was poorly done and my yard was left with several nails which I had to go back and clean up myself. There is no loyalty to customer after the job is complete: After a recent rain storm, I suffered water damage due to a large pile of shingles left from the removal of my old roof blocking the down spout. I reached out to Sullivan contracting in good faith and was met with gaslighting and refusal to admit liability. When I threatened to complain I was met with threats of legal action and told any negative reviews would be met with lawsuits of defamation. This company is disloyal and will not stand behind their mistakes. They may be the cheapest option around by far but you get what you pay for.
