I used the services for windows cleaning for a few years. I made my appointment 5+ (FIVE!!!) weeks in advance for Thursday, 7/14/2022. Made six phone calls and left three messages between Monday and Tuesday to confirm my appointment. Finally, Tom called on Tuesday night and said that he wants to cancel appointment, because I was unhappy with the last time services, which is not true. I told him, at the time I made reservation, that I prefer when two people do the job. That's all. He said he can't guarantee that and I said okay and appointment was made. People, be careful. Thank you, Sally's Cleaning, for taking the challenging job of our house and making our windows sparkle. Sure hope you're willing to come back!! I cannot recommend Sally's Cleaning enough! They come on time, work hard, leave no mess and do a wonderful job.

Let me start by saying I feel terrible writing this because the man that came was SUPER NICE!! I think he must be the owner nit sure? I was given the name by a friend who's mother in law raved about him. He told me $6 per window which is the going rate I had no problem with that. I ASSUMED incorrectly that the entire window would be cleaned. When he got to my house I asked about the screens he said no. I asked him to remove them and that my boys could do them at a later time. He did not clean the little ledge between the window frame or any other part of the window. The knob where you open and close your window that ledge was left untouched and on some windows full... read full review
