Stephen was able to quicky access the damage areas to help us start the insurance claim process and created a timeline process for start to finish completion.PROThe team was timely, professional and patient. They quickly remove all damages and did a fabulous job of cleaning up.When we ran into material issues, delivery hiccups and damges that would set us back weeks for the cabinet, Stephen and his team quickly provided solutuons that turned out to be cost effective and efficient to the build plan.CONThe only negative was actually a positive on cornerstones end as they patiently worked with us as clients while we navigated some tough issues. “It gives me a great deal of pleasure to recommend TC Roofing. I met Terry when I had need of a small repair in the prime roofing season. I could not get one roofer to help me. I saw Terry’s sign and wrote down the number and called him. Much to my surprise, he called me back and came within the time frame he said he would to fix my little job. I told him I would not forget him when it came time to do my entire roof.Timing is everything.......... Terry had a post on his ******** page about his many years in business which we know to be the best in roofing! As it turned out, we just had Terry replace the roof over an addition we had added in the early 1990’s yesterday and we had time as he replaced the roof and skylight on the addition to catch up on how we first met. It was his sign on the lawn at his house on ****** Avenue that I saw and how I contacted him. That was back in the 90's and I called every roofer I could find and he was the only one that would help us out with a very small job. It turned out that the main part of the house did need a roof in 2007 and of course his was the best price and the service was the best! So here we are again with the addition that now needed replacing and of course we just called Terry. By now, we know better! Now we have another new roof and a skylight replaced and we are still not only pleased with the quality and workmanship (as always) but the pricing couldn't be better. We wish him many more years in business and he can count on us for any recommendations because we know it to be true over all these years. The roof on the main house in 2007 looks as good as new.We are more than pleased to give him the highest recommendation!
