We had a crisis and it was after hours Iris D. was with us every step of the way. We didn’t finish until 1 am, and she stayed the entire time. We both felt comfortable and grateful for the support.
Very poor communication on one on one therapist. First one was late to intake appointment. Then no show for number two.Second therapist, I had to cancel for medical and have made 4 attempts to reschedule. Which can be 2 or 3 weeks between scheduled appointments.I do recommend the group with Diego. Great interaction.
Here is my review for them as an employer only, not for their programs:Keep your mouth shut if you don't want to experience immediate retaliation like I did. Vocal and outspoken employees are quickly retaliated against for reporting unethical behavior or expressing different viewpoints. Once employees do report anything unethical or disagree with something, I feel like both human resources and management deliberately targets them. And I feel it's because the agency just tries to weed out those employees who they consider to be a possible liability to them later on because of how much negative information they know.
