Stop & Shop Florist

This stop&shop is closest to me, but is always out of items, the produce is mushy, and tofu etc is always out of stock. Additionally, I always have issues with digital coupons here, and when I ask for assistance, find the associates rude and condescending. Today a self checkout associate took her time coming to assist and proceeded to tell me to go to customer service instead of taking1 minute to help me herself. She then proceeded to grab some items for her personal consumption and stand behind me as I checked out, rolling her eyes. The second the computer was open (she didn't even wait for me to grab my bags) she was next to me ringing up her own items. When I went to customer service, the woman was so condescending and laughed when I asked my question. She then slowly explained, as if I was a child, how 2.55 + 1.55 =4.10... which I did not need explained and already understand. Although other stop&shops are a bit further, they are better stocked, have more options, and have associates willing to do their jobs. The Farmington Ave location has been wonderful, and I will drive further to go there from now on.

This is my go-to Stop&Shop. Great selection including ethnic foods, seafood, bakery, fresh fruits and veggies, is clean, well-organized, well-stocked. Employees are always personable, accessible and willing to help. Manager Jeff Doyle does a great job. Even the customers are friendly and considerate! The only thing I would want are more of the little carts!

This stop and shop is my go to although I don't live as near as I used to. What I like about this one is that I can find all type of ethnic food/seasoning. It recently went through renovations and everything was moved around and it definitely will take some getting used as I was used to the way it was before.
