ShanLoren provided excellent service on my knotless goddess braids. She was polite and professional upon my initial inquiry, and in conversations leading up to my appointment. She asked questions to gain a sense of my natural hair before braiding it and requested a picture of my hair which I appreciated, so she could determine that what I asked for was a good protective and healthy style. During the appointment, ShanLoren was engaging and educative about my hair and questions I had about hair care in general. The outcome was fantastic, and the hairstyle amazing. To say I was satisfied is an understatement.
