I love Gina at Regal Bails! She is super professional, talented, she has never done the same for twice and been coming to her for over 10 years! They do good work not much of a wait time. I don't like that multiple times they stop working with a customer to tend/start on anther customer. Hasn't happened to me but I can see the disappointment in the customers faces

I have been a customer here for years. The staff is friendly and always makes time for me. I typically make an appointment, but there have been moments when I have shown up on a whim and received great service. I NEVER feel like I am bothering then or asking for too much. The salon is always clean, the staff is dressed properly, and they remember how I like my mani/pedi every time. Great service and very nice people.
