Although it was only a brief session on floreios (acrobatic movements), you can tell his instruction and attention to detail comes from years and years of experience under the tutelage of Grupo Capoeira Brasil's Mestre Boneco. You can tell how passionate he is about teaching beginner and veteran capoeiristas by how much energy he brings to the gym. I feel like I benefitted greatly even from such a brief encounter. “Great place to play tennis, badminton and pickleball! There are total of 6 courts. Half of them have pickleball, badminton lines. It is somewhat distracting when trying to make a line call... Miguel is a fantastic manager and will definitely make everything possible to get you on the court! Sam at the front desk has remarkable customer service skills. She's very knowledgeable, polite and have great personality. Overall, it's a great place to hit a ball!“
