I come here once in awhile for emergencies. There is a lot variety from expensive name brand to cheap good frames. Covered by insurance. they Accept husky and some commercial insurance. They do not accept vsp insurance. the receptionists are really nice.

Great customer service at LA Vision I was there yesterday when a woman came in very rude and was mad that she parked her car on the road and received a parking ticket and in her mind thought it was the offices responsibility to pay for her parking ticket . I was wondering if she received a speeding ticket when she came in because she was running late would that be the offices responsibility as well?? She was so rude to the girls up front but they kept there cool and tried to help her I would like to compliment the girls on being so polite I dont think I would be able to do the same Cmon people have responsibility for your actions Its not every one elses faults...read full review

I don't know what these people are upset about ?? I've been going to LA vision for about 3 years and NEVER had a Problem at All.The people there are friendly and courteous and very professional.. I would Highly recommend them for all your optical needs.
