During my 3 visits shopping for new frames in the Glastonbury store, I was assisted by several opticians all of whom were very knowledgeable of their products. A big shout out to Kimberly H. who helped me choose 2 frames that fit me perfectly and with insurance she made sure I got the best prices with my plan. I have a high prescription and the quality of the lenses is superior. Not only does this large store have an amazing selection, the company has their own lab so I received my glasses in 3 days. I would not shop anywhere else!
GLASSES FOR PILOTS! Dr. Metz and Adrienne worked as a team, listened carefully to my needs, and finely optimized the prescriptions to ensure my flight glasses worked in ALL scenarios. Top notch communication and teamwork! I strongly recommend. To get great glasses requires a careful balance of vision testing, real-world conditions, communication, and understanding. The typical shop will go through a perfunctory eye test and pressure you to get lenses configured for an average customer without really listening to your individual needs. Fortunately, that’s not the case with Dr. Metz and Adrienne. They’re a cut above the rest!
