I called her to asked her about my subfloor .I WAS SO NERVOUS. SHE TOLD ME IN A CALM,SOOTHING VOICE. HOW TO FIX IT.AND I HAVE NEVER PURCHASED ANYTHING FROM THEM. I WAS SO BROKE STARTING A BUSINESS IN MY BASEMENT.I FELT A PEACE OF MIND THAT.IT WAS GONNA COST ME LESS, now I can get a door and upgrade on paint thank u. THE LADY THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE?
