My car was towed here after my son totalled it by the police. When I spoke to the office, the lady was pleasant and professional. When I went to their location to see and empty my car, they were very nice. The only very minor sniggle, they didn't know exactly where my car was. I happened to see it in another of their lots. But no big deal.

I'm sorry to hear so many people had such bad interactions with this business. Perhaps it was because these cars were parked where they shouldn't have been and were legally towed. I can't say enough about the positive experience I had, especially with Kelly. My car was stolen and found abandoned on a street in Hartford. Cross Country towed it to their facility. When I went to look at it Kelly was unbelievably helpful. One of the windows had been left down and wasn't able to be closed. She made sure to cover the vehicle as we were expecting rain. She was respectful and polite. Having your vehicle stolen is a very stressful experience and I appreciated her compassion.

I got towed from my own lot due to “No permit”. It’s partially both me and the truck drivers fault because I put the permit in a d*** place that covered up half of it and the truck drivers because it’s obvious they didn’t look very hard. However when I arrived at the company they were understanding and told me to move the permit for next time, they didn’t charge me for the tow and that was that. I understand some peoples complaints about the lack luster customer service but you have to understand that towing company front desk employees spend their whole day getting yelled at by people who made poor parking decisions.
