It saddens me to have to leave this review about this healthcare center. I was a patient at Burgdorf from an infant, literally my entire life. I am now a parent myself and my daughter has been a patient here since birth, so I have history with this clinic. The services has been declining for some time now. I love Dr. O’Brien to life she was my doctor and currently sees my daughter and I really hate that I have to leave her care. I have been having issues with my personal care here, from not having the a doctor I can build a relationship with, to the lack of communication. My son is currently having a allergic reaction. Long history of this. Face and lips big and they tell me they dont do walk in the front desk Carol and some MA. They go get the doctor Dr Alerta to tell me they do walk in's but they will not be able to do anything for him. "Bring him to urgent care they will know how to treat it" tf are you working here for you just looked at him no vitals nothing. How do you know if you can't help him. I called to get a number for a complaint and Carol tells me I can complain to her. Wtf why would i want to do that. I said no i need someone above you. She got mad and transfer me to the operator. There trying to get rid of people with state Medicaid that's why the birdy said and a lot of us know the truth? the receptions Evelyn is very disrespectful and never answer there phone they take a lot of us like a joke and it ain't called for like me I have fusion my blood pressure reached 170 they had nothing to say n just sent me on my way , filing for discrimination cause that how I feel,and you wht it is for another Dr to talk bad about the last Dr there Keith vomiegin was and will always be the best Dr,they said he was to old and doing things the old school way im like wht???
