I have been going there for since I was 18 and it's 40 plus years later. even though I know they could be really slow and you really can't get to know your doctor and your doctor you they also don't like to return phone calls or answer anything in the portal and they don't listen to how you may feel about what or how they recommend for you to do I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there the only good thing is the pharmacy Sherri and they have another lady there now who name I forgot but they are very helpful when you are trying to get refills on your medicine

This relates to a refill of a needed medication. I tried to refill an anthishistamine, only to find out that my insurance had added pre-authorization required. (why I'll never know) I IMMEDIATELY called the Burgdorf and miraculously got through to a human, who said others had been having this problem. It wasn't just me. I got an emergency two week supply and went home, figuring they'd do the override. Was I ever wrong. When I called again, almost two weeks later, the pharmacy said they'd called in a refill WITHOUT the Prior Auth. Off I physically went to the clinic and was Unhappy. Problem solved? It saddens me to have to leave this review about this healthcare center. I was a patient at Burgdorf from an infant, literally my entire life. I am now a parent myself and my daughter has been a patient here since birth, so I have history with this clinic. The services has been declining for some time now. I love Dr. O’Brien to life she was my doctor and currently sees my daughter and I really hate that I have to leave her care. I have been having issues with my personal care here, from not having the a doctor I can build a relationship with, to the lack of communication.
