I called on a referral from a friend and Joseph was wonderful! His employee was professional and kind (I had a boiler issue and he educated me to understanding what was going on). I was able to fix the immediate issue today and was given an estimate for a replacement to start saving towards in the future. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat. Wonderful experience. I had to have my whole boiler replaced and they were able to get to it within the week. They came up with a very good quote compared to other companies around Hartford. Dealing with Joe was very straight forward, no nonsense which was refreshing.I didn't get the thermostats I wanted. I wish I had been given some programmable thermostat options.
